The health of our cells deep within is what is reflected on the outside. Wrinkles, dullness, discoloration, coarse skin texture, loss of elasticity - these are all side effects of the damage inflicted on our skin on a day to day basis. Using a highly concentrated blend of some of the most advanced technologies on the market - which, until now, have been unavailable within a single formulation - Boske Molecular Repair provides unmatched protection against damage at the cellular level. It's like 5 anti-aging creams in-one. This super cream is formulated with a "defense squad," with ingredients like Black Tea Ferment and Vitamin C, and a "clean-up crew," with ingredients like Kinetin and Malus Domestica Stem Cell Culture Extract.
1.35 fl oz
who it's for
Ideal for those with aging, sun damaged skin who want advanced skin repair at the cellular level.
key ingredients
DNA Repair Enzymes (Roxisomes, Photosomes, and Ultrasomes) repair DNA damage - one of the leading causes of premature aging and skin cancer. Vitamin C - Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate is a very stable, lipid-soluble form of Vitamin C that inhibits lipid peroxidation, stimulates collagen production, and brightens uneven skin tone. Teprenone enhances the stress resistance of cells exposed to UV rays, prevents the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines, and protects the cells’ telomeres - preserving and extending cell life. Kinetin re-energizes aging cells - promoting cell division and detoxification. Malus Domestica Stem Cell Culture Extract stimulates human stem cell production - resulting in faster healing and increased tissue repair and collagen production. Carnosine is an anti-glycation ingredient that attracts sugar molecules to itself instead of to collagen fibers, preventing the skin's internal structure from becoming stiff and brittle - keeping the skin supple and elastic.
how to use it
For best results, apply a thin to moderate amount to clean, dry skin twice per day.
I'm about three weeks into my bottle and just recently have noticed: my eyelids appear lifted, and the crepey area underneath my eyes is almost gone! I use it over TNS recovery complex in the morning. I came back to order my 2nd bottle!
After reading all the ingredients, descriptions and testimonies, I couldn't wait to put it on and glow. I would love to tell you that it's a miracle and my skin has never look better, but it's not that simple. It is harder to discern a difference if one has been taking care of her skin already. I noted a slight improvement in my skin after 2 days--although it may be pschological after spending mucho dinero on this. It certainly has NOT made my skin worse. In the past, when I stopped using serums (Kinerase C-8 or PTR Unwrinkle) my skin had turned back to dull & darker. So I know this works since my skin did not turn back to dull. I will report back after a month's use.
For now, I like the lotion consistency which is good for my oily skin--for daytime I only use eye cream & sunscreen on top of the Boske Molecular Repair; at night only eye cream then resveratrol cream on laugh lines & lips. My face is no longer greasy in the morning but still need blotting after noon. This serum lotion has a good feel on the skin without additional moisturizer if your skin is oily. I will be 52 next month. But with the superior products from SkinCareRX, my skin looks 30ish. There is a difference between the brands here and ones in drug stores and even dept. stores. I had used Shiseido, Lancome, Neutrogena, etc. in my 30's & 40's and they did not do much. I still had fine lines during that period. Now in my 50's, the fine lines are softened and hardly noticeable. I only have one small line of crow's feet on either side of my eyes. That's saying a lot for the superior ingredients sold here. I did not take care of my neck until a year ago. After treating the 4-5 rings more aggressively since Jan. w/ serums, retinoid, resveratrol, creams; the rings are softening. I can see the harsh lines melting into tiny faint mesh lines--I think the collagan is building up to plump out the skin. I am still not caring as well for my neck as I do for my face but it's still improving. Ladies, take care of your skin while you're young and you'll look fabulous when you're older. And if you hadn't, these miracle products are amazing!!! With science advancing every day, there is much hope. The key is consistency. Use sunscreen and don't ever go to sleep without washing your face because you're too tired or lazy. Will update in a month.
It's been one month since I wrote the above review. Boske Molecular Repair has kept my face bright and even toned. Perhaps a little brighter than when I was using Kinerase C8 or PTR Unwrinkle serums separately. Like the other reviewer said, Boske does not remove the age spots. They might be a little tiny bit lighter but insignificantly so. So I plan on getting the PCA Pigment Gel HQ Free or M2 20%. I am leaning toward the first because I bought the M2 Body Refinish 15% & see very slow progress on my arms & legs--but it could be that I am not using it every day, more like every 2 days.
I still believe in the ingredients of the Boske Repair. I cannot expect miracles. But it has made the shadow under my lower lips almost disappear and kept my skin tone even. I would recommend that a mask and peel be used once or twice a week to maximize brightness. I try to remember to use Mary Kay Refining clay mask or Philosophy C-Peel (2 step) every week. I can see a much clearer & fairer complexion for the whole day or two after. When I forget, it's still good, but not gorgeous.
The other thing I noticed was that the pores on my cheeks directly under my eyes were slightly smaller when viewed under the 8X magnifying mirror in my bathroom. It's not a big change, but I heard it's not possible or easy to shrink pores. The bottom line is I will continue to use Boske Mol Repair because I have hopes in the ingredients. And like Erica below said, no one product can take care of every skin need. We need a combination of products to correct & protect our skin in different ways. At age 51, if the product is making slight improvements in my skin and keeping it from deteriorating, then my main objective has been met. If anyone finds a miracle product, please let me know. For now, I am happy with this and other products from SkinCareRX. (I also use Clinicians Complex Glycolic Toner--seems to work well w/ Boske. These two are my work horses.)
I have to try to understand Erica's comment about the PH level of 5 or less for other products if they are to be compatible w/ Boske. The PH level for most products are not listed on the website or packaging.
I just wanted to thank you for your review- particularly your advice to young ladies everywhere... SO true! It's the reviews like yours and a few others on this page, thorough and attentive to accuracy and detail, that make these comments so valuable! Thank you! And I look forward to your one month follow-up!
Cheers-

Based on the instruction from my esthetician, I started to use this for my overall damaged skin. I've done years of sun damage and poor skin care routines (or no skin care routines) in my youth and all the signs started to show when I turned 30. I'm about 2 months into the routine and have seen a complete transformation in my skin's health. I also feel a slight warming sensation on my skin when I apply it - does anyone know what's in it that causes that?
I was so excited to try this new product; however, I am very disappointed. I just completed the entire bottle and I have not noticed any results whatsoever. I agree that the product did absolutely nothing to help with skin tone.
I have been using this product for almost 60 days and found absolutely no difference since I started using it. It's entirely too expensive to not be able to seem some sort of result. Pigmentation is my biggest problem and did absolutely nothing to help the brown spots. I don't have issues with wrinkles, so I didn't see any improvement there and neither my skin tone or anything else for that matter improved.
Yeah, I'm not really surprised you aren't completely happy with the results. This is more of an anti-aging treatment not a bleaching treatment. You should check out the M2 products or PCA Skin PIgment Gel.
Would you say Prevage and Boske do the same thing or is one better for anti-aging then the other?
M2 is the best for melasma,, thanks to Liz,it really works and have seen a vast improvement. My biggest problem is bags under the eyes and dark circles.
Big fan of NEO CUTIS as it is as close to RE VIVE skin care I have found. DR.Brown of RE VIVE is the best skin care I have found but gets to pricey no matter how great results are. Erica, are you aware of RE VIVE,I think it has the best of what aging skin needs as he use to treat burn victims and started the company as an alternative to plastic surgery. I call it,THE HOLY GRAIL" for skin care and am surprised not carried on this web site with all the other great skin care.
Prevage is strictly an antioxidant treatment - it won't do anything for DNA repair or collagen production. As an antioxidant, it is fabulous, but you have to keep in mind - there are several things that contribute to aging, and for the absolute best results, it is best to try and counteract at least two or three rather than just focusing on one - like many lines tend to do. ReVive for instance, focuses mostly on cell turnover - which does decline markedly as one ages. The increased cell turnover will help increase skin brightness and skin softness - which will satisfy many people. While I do make sure I have at least one thing in my routine that helps with cell turnover (ReVive relies on growth factors - but AHAs and/or retinol will also suffice if you have non-sensitive skin), I also make sure to include an antioxidant, a DNA repair ingredient, and something that stimulates collagen production (one of the great things about Vitamin C is that not only is it a great antioxidant, but it also stimulates collagen production as well. Retinol or tretinoin both stimulates cell turnover as well as collagen production). Anyway, as I was saying, as great as the Molecular Repair or ReVive or Prevage may be - none of them can stand alone as the definitive cure to wrinkles. If one had the money - one could actually use all three because they actually all perform different functions in the skin (the molecular repair does contain a growth factor, Kinetin, as well as a lipid-soluble form of Vitamin C - so it does, to a certain degree have antioxidant and cell turnover benefits, but since the ingredients it relies on are different than what is contained in the Prevage and the ReVive - the three could only complement one another). So, in answer - if you absolutely had to choose and only use one product out of the three, I would go with the Boske because it contains ingredients that targets not just one, but several of the causes of aging. But, if one can, I highly recommend using other things in addition to it, as I think using a variety of treatments (all targeting different aspects of aging) will provide the best results.
Erica -- Are you at all concerned with cellular senescence?
I like everything in the ingredients of this product except for those that encourage increased cellular division. Doctors seem to have varying opinions on senescence with retinoids because at least one study has shown that it actually increased the life of skin cells. (Not sure I believe that though since I have yet to find that elusive study!) I am not sure what to think on the subject when it comes to Kinetin or Malus Domestica Stem Cell Culture Extract but I imagine it is not good. Love to know your opinion.
Hi! I posted a response several weeks ago, but for some reason, it looks like it got deleted or something. Anyway, The Boske formula contains teprenone, which extends telomere life - that will prevent cells from reaching senescence despite the use of growth factors. Malus Dometica Extract is also supposed to extend cell life. So, hope that helps!
Thank you for your thoughts on my question. I will try the Boske , hope the vitamin c will not irritate my facial skin, and keep using prevage, over the counter at night.M2 I have found works the fastest on pigment issues,so much better then PCA for my skin.Going to look at Dermaquest products per one of your posts else where. I rotate prevage eye cream with TNS and Neocutis .
I will show your response to my husband so he might under stand why I need so many products, that there is no all in one fix!
Again thank you for your advice!!!!! Thanks to skin carerx and Liz for making looking in the mirror less painful.
I couldn't reply to your post below because I have found that when threads reach a certain point - it will stop posting replies underneath. Anyway, I looked up the Skin Medica TNA Essential Serum and it has some good things in there. Obviously, its main ingredient is the human fibroblast growth factor - but is also has alpha arbutin, a skin lightener, Syn-Coll - a collagen boosting peptide, and an assortment of antioxidants including Ergothioneine, Ubiquinone, Vitamin E, Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate (a form of vitamin C), and green tea. So, it looks like it would be a good antioxidant/brightening/cell turnover stimulating product - very similar to the Molecular Repair minus the DNA repair ingredients.
Was it the vitamin C in the Boske you were worried about? The TNS essential serum contains the same form of it. I wouldn't worry about it, though, because it is a non-acidic form. It won't irritate sensitive skin.
I'm not a consultant at SkinCareRx, but I do do occasional free-lance work for them (writing content).
You really know your skin care. I was afraid of the vitamin c., since I got a very bad burn from RE VIVE's C. You and Lisa , and Liz have been a big help with my skin care choices. I was really afraid of the vitamin C and found I can use Dermalogical whitening line and not look like a burn victim. Good skin care is worth every penny because I find when my outside looks good I feel better even though it is what is inside that counts. I am from the generation that baked in the sun using baby oil and iodine and never thought about aging,(what a joke)! Since I found this web site my bath room has been turned into skin care center for the aging. I'm thinking of trying PTR'S new serum before the TNS or Boske, as have read great reviews. I'm glad Skin Care RX hired you to write as you are a great source of information and are very good at explaining the whys and hows of all the products. I show your comments to my husband when he sees another box of skin care come in.
Thanks ERICA!
The person I work with here has left the company so I was wondering do you work here? I'd also like to know what you think about TNS ESSENTIAL SERUM? I really would like to use less products with current or more improvement then have seen. My main problem is with vitamin c as sometimes it can irritate my skin. I know copper can replace c but worry about skin care with copper increasing facial hair. I use scalp treatments that contain copper to help with my hair thinning. I do not need more of a facial hair problem. If you don't work here I hope you don't mind me asking your thoughts? You seem to be to skin care what some people think I am to fashion. Really want to thank you for your help.

Please read further into TNS.... I know a few ladies that have had some strange things happen DIRECTLY related
to the use of the serum including the eye serum.....they all had beautiful glowing skin but here is the bad......
1st. lady- healthy 41yrs...within 4 weeks of using started having approx. 15 hot flashes a day... 2nd. lady- about 35 after 3 short
months of use had to have surgery to remove the cysts on her ovaries, she didn't even think twice that it could be her serum, until
her gynecologist drilled her about what she had changed....when she said TNS the doctor had known all to well about it and also said she
thought it was possibly related to one of her patients breast cancer. Human Growth Hormones is not to be taken lightly....Do your
research first please! I'm an esthetician..... I'm starting to hear more and more about this........ One good thing about the TNS
line is the Revitalizing Peel- absolutely amazing results but you have to do it at the Drs. office .....Hope this is helpful! Sorry to
rain on the parade but morally I could not - not say something.
After reading all the rave review for this new product, I was so excited to try it. I used it for 2 weeks before I decided to return it. I think it's way too expensive to see no results other than severely drying out my skin.
With a product like this, 2 weeks is not nearly enough time to see the main results... I used it for about 45 days before I saw the main benefits. I'm about 70 days out now and my skin looks and feels awesome! With skincarerx's return policy the risk is very low to try it longer...
Were you putting a moisturizer on top of the product? You will need to use the Molecular Repair more than 2 weeks to see results. The product is repairing the damage that we did to our skin when we were running around with baby oil on our skin instead of sunscreen. I was told it would take around 6 months for me to see a change in my skin. I am willing to spend the time and money to repair the damage I did from the good old days!!
This is a new product and very little is known about the company and reviews of this product are limited to just this site. I think your better off going with Neocutis PSP cream since it has multiple clinical studies and is sold in many dermatologist and plastic surgeon offices. It is very healing and was discovered through use in healing burn victims. Immediately you will notice the healing soothing effect, but after 2 months you will get the collagen boosting effects of it.
Although Boske is a new company, I'm familiar with most of the technologies used in the molecular repair- particularly the DNA repair enzymes, since I was a big Remergent DNA repair fan. Neocutis is pretty much a TNS knock-off, which isn't a bad thing, but it is basically a growth factor-based product that uses human-derived tissue to stimulate cell division - which is great. But, the Molecular repair also has Kinetin - also a growth factor (albeit plant-derived), so on top of getting the growth-factor benefits, you also get the DNA repair, the Vitamin C, the anti-glycation, and the other stuff as well - all for around the same price. As for clinical studies - while there haven't been any performed by Boske itself, a simple google search on DNA repair studies for Arabidopsis Thaliana Extract, Micrococcus Lysate and Plankton Extract should turn up quite a bit of material. For Teprenone, the trade name is Renovage - and again, a google search will turn up a lot of info on that. A google search for the Stem Cell Extract turned up this: http://www.mibellebiochemistry.com/pdfs/Stimuli_for_Skin_Stem_Cells_for_Real_Skin_Rejuvenation_HPC_Anti-Aging_Beauty_Inside_April_09.pdf
Ok - I can go on, but I will end here. I have learned to read between the lines on skin care marketing and just go straight to the ingredients lists. If I don't know about an ingredient, I google it and learn what I can. What I've found is that some of the best products - that give you the most bang for your buck, are produced by emerging, small companies who can't rely on a big name to sell their product (Hydropeptide and Dermaquest are also some of my current faves).
I will be putting an order in for this product. With your knowledge, what type of moisturizer or other products would you recommend. I also want to know if this takes care of the neck area as well... I know I can call customer service, but who better to get feedback from actual users. I am 51 with an olive complexion that I want to maintain. I've used other high end products since my 30's but I know it's time for a change... Thank you for your help.
I've been told that the DNA repair enzymes in the product are pH sensitive - so the most important thing when choosing a product to apply afterward, is that it cannot have a pH lower than a 4. So, do not use an AHA or Skin Bleaching moisturizer or an L-Ascorbic acid based one. If you have skin that isn't too breakout prone - I recommend the Relastin. There are lots of ingredients and products that will help to boost collagen, but very few products that significantly improves elastin production. There are some peptides coming out now that are focusing on elastin production - Dermaxyl is one, I believe Rigin is another - so you can look for creams with either of those in it (kudos if it has both or includes other peptides).
One other product I really like is the Neova copper products. If you have normal skin, the Night Therapy is nice and light. If you are on the drier side, the Creme de la Copper is amazing - its super creamy and just lovely to wear. I would bathe in it if I could!
I don't usually use plain moisturizers myself - I prefer anti-aging treatments that are in a lotion or cream form. They moisturize my skin well enough, plus they help fight aging as well.
Moisturizers aside, other ingredients that would compliment this product would be an AHA (used alternately, apply this in the morning and AHA at night - or apply the AHA first and wait 15 minutes for the skin to rebalance), and/or a retinol/tretinoin at night.
Does this moisturize at all or do you need a separate moisturizer? I'm thinking about trying this. Right now I use Retin-A, Jan Marini C-Esta serum, Neocutis psp cream, and neocutis eye cream. I may can do away with the C-esta serum since this has a good vitamin C in it. Although I really do like how penetrating the c-esta serum is.
Is the molecular repair very healing at all? Also thinking about dermaquest peptide mobilizer.
I wouldn't consider this a moisturizing product - it has a very thin, watery lotion consistency. I prefer treatments like that anyway since I am very breakout-prone and sometimes when companies make their anti-aging products moisturizing, they end up breaking me out (I'm looking at you Relastin and NIA!). So, if you do use it in place of the C-Esta Serum, it will work well since it can be layered under your Neocutis. As for the Dermaquest - it depends on what kind of product you are looking for. Are you looking for a wrinkle-relaxing product? Obviously, unless you are violently opposed to using Botox, I would definitely recommend that - but if you would rather spring for a topical wrinkle-relaxing peptide, then the Dermaquest product seems like a good choice (next to PTR's Unwrinkle and Janson Beckett's Dermaexcel 7, it seems to have the most impressive peptide concentration).
However, considering you are using two products that increase cellular division, I think a DNA repair product would be more complimentary to your routine as it will help insure that damaged DNA gets repaired before the cell divides (reducing errors and mutation possibilities). Also, the teprenone in the Molecular Repair will also help ensure more cells live long enough to divide as often as they should.

Erica, I love your input. Can you clarify which products for UTVOL06 increase cellular division? Are they the Neocutis psp & eye cream? If I am 51 w/ oily, age spotted, fine lined skin, which products do you recommend to layer w/ Boske Mol Repair or other DNA repair serum -- a day/spf and a night. Are there less expensive alternatives that will come close? I will value your opinion--you sound like you know what you're talking about. Thanks.
this definitely helps with acne scars... I noticed difference in my skin within the first 2 days of using this! I'm still on my first bottle but already ordered a new one because I love it so much :)
I have to admit, when I bought the product and read the multiple reviews about how it made the skin glow and everything, I was skeptical - especially since they had only used it for such a short time. I wasn't expecting a dramatic change - this product just seemed like a good way to keep it from aging faster than it should. Anyway, I've been using it for about six weeks and I thought my skin was really starting to look pretty good. Then I went to get my hair cut. My stylist, whom I have been with for several years, couldn't stop commenting on how radiant I looked. He kept asking me what was different and at first - I couldn't figure out what he was talking about - I had done nothing special that day and I had minimal makeup on. Then he started commenting on how poreless and perfect my skin was and likened it to a friend of his who had worn high SPF sunscreen all of her life and always stayed out of the sun. I just kept my mouth shut because I lived in New Mexico as a child, never wore sunscreen, and tanned all throughout high school. While much of the evidence of those years in the sun had been minimized with alpha hydroxy acids and vitamin C - this product, in only six weeks, changed my skin enough to get noticed and elicit rave reviews from someone who sees me fairly often, and who has never commented on my skin before.
You'll want to put on the Boske Alchemist C before using the Molecular Repair. You always want to put on the product that is the lightest consistency first, followed by thicker consistencies.
On day 10 with this and I like it so far-very sheer and light, unlike most serum/aging skincare products. Makes my combination skin very smooth-still waiting to see all the benefits it claims. Will update my review at one month of use!
Since I started using this molecular repair, my skin looks so much more glowy and healthy. I got a blemish and it healed overnight! Usually it scars and takes weeks for the dark spot to disappear! I feel like my skin is so healthy now! I love this Supercreme!!!
I'm really excited to have this serum. I can feel it working the minute I put it on my skin. I love that it will boost the benefit with my daily antioxidant. It's so lightweight it doesn't leave my skin feeling heavy with layer upon layer like so many other serums have. I've only been on it a short time but all I can say is my skin already looks AND feels amazing. Thank you BOSKE!
I have many years of sun damage that needs serious repair. I was very excited to see a DNA repair product replace the Remergent products I used to use!
