As soon as I opened the Spruce bath to pour some in my bathtub the scent of the oil is exactly like a very green forest or when you are outdoors!
The travel size of this item says to use 1/2 a bottle (or 10ml) in a bath at a time.
For me,I am using less than this because it is summer and I do not want too much oil on myself.
The Spruce bath oil is also very good at helping for sore muscles!
I got the 10 pack sampler as an Xmas gift. I had fun trying all of them and decided that the Spruce Pine was the absolute best combination of scent and relaxation. Kneipp is expensive but oh so worth it. Second best was orange -- not as strongly scented but nice to mix it up.
