how to use it
Wet face with lukewarm water and apply a small amount of gel, massaging the skin lightly to form a rich lather: Leave on for a few moments and rinse thoroughly with water. May be used in the morning or the evening. Gentle enough for everyday use.
This is my morning cleanser for my oily skin. About a dime-sized amount is all I use in the shower. It has a nice clean smell, creates a nice foamy lather and leaves my face squeaky clean. I follow with Effaclar Toner and Mattifying Moisturizer and then my makeup. This cleanser is nice and gentle and not overdrying on my cheeks, which don't tend to get as oily as my T-zone.

I agree with the other reviewers--this is a great product! I have used it now for two years and swear by it after disappointments with other products. Like most La Roche-Posay products, it is gentle yet does what it promises. I use a pea size amount, and it cleanses my whole face and neck well. It is non-drying to my oily face but still gets out all the dirt and makeup residue after my makeup remover is finished. I must admit, though, I do keep the product on its side becuase it will leak if not 'snapped' into the top well. Great, great product for a reasonable price.
This is my favorite cleanser and trust me I've tried EVERYTHING. For sensitive, acne prone, or even combination skin (my skin is all of the above)... this gentle cleanser packs a HUGE punch on dirt, oil, dead skin, impurities, etc. Just a little bit and some water works up a lather like none other - and did I mention it's soap free so it's not drying!!! Love that!!! It cleans so great for such a mild formulation with no irritation - use it day and night.... for clean clean squeeky clean skin. Thank you La Roche-Posay!
I am using this gel along with La Roche-Posay Anthelios SX 15 Moisturizing Cream at day time, M2 Skin Recovery Moisturizer at night time. My skin is getting better. I just don't like the cover of the tube since the gel can leak out easily !
