I noticed results the next day when using this product and it continues to be effective for me. Generally a product will work for a few weeks and then stop. I use this along with a few PTR face washes that I rotate based on the need for that day. You only need a small amount, and the pump style bottle allows for you to only dispense what you need so there is no waste.
The only downfall, which is why it did not get a 5, is that it smells (according to my fiance) like matches. I do notice the scent lingers on my pillow since I use the product at night which has me changing my pillow case every other night!
