how to use it
Wet hair and massage shampoo into the scalp. Leave on for 1-3 minutes. Work lather from roots to ends. Rinse well and repeat if desired.
My husband has thick charcoal gray hair,I have color treated thin hair and we both adore this shampoo. I will only use it in the am as it is a "wake up call" forget Starbucks. The peppermint is active when it hits your scalp and it really removes styling and treatment products gently. We both only use one wash and have dry hair. Neither of us needs to add conditioner after which is where I assume the avocado comes in. The shampoo leaves both of our hair types with soft feel and not limp hair even though it is so cleansing.
