I got the spray to help with my problem scalp and thinning hair. It has not improved my scalp problem or stopped my hair loss. It does how ever make my hair look fuller and shiny. It has only been 2 months so will keep using to see if I get better results. Hair grows in cycles so hopefully mine is just resting at this time! I also use shampoo and conditioner.
